Photo Album: Waterproofing a Basement in Fairfax, VA

A homeowner in Fairfax, VA had water coming into her basement every time it rained. The water was getting in behind the foundation walls and spilling onto the floor. The existing sump pump was not working efficiently to remove all of the water. The 3 Pros team came in and put in a patented basement waterproofing system. We dug a trench along the perimeter of the basement and installed WaterGuard. We also installed CleanSpace along the walls, a new TripleSafe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low. We also built new stairs for them to easily access the basement.
