Photo Album: Alexandria VA crawl space needed improvement

This Alexandria VA home had uninsulated stone walls and exposed rim joists that were allowing cold and uncontrolled air into the crawl space.  This contributed to changing temperatures, cold floors above, unwanted humidity, and poor air quality in the home.  Jason Brown performed a home inspection and found a solution that would help.  Our production team, led by Riley Soos went in and installed Clean Space to cover the floors and prevent any additional moisture or wetness from working in from the dirt floor of the crawl space.  Afterward, the rim joists and walls were coated with spray foam to seal and insulate the space.  This helped to create a controlled space, improve air quality, and stop the floors above from being impacted by the weather and temperatures happening outside.
