Photo Album: Alexandria VA basement waterproofing

This Alexandria VA home had a sump pump that was not doing its job. The home had basement water issues even with a sump pump (installed by another company) in place and discharge lines to send water away from the home. Basement waterproofing solutions are often made up of more than just one product or service. This is why we have the words "basement systems" in our name. This home required a new window well drain and cover, a new sump pump, and a WaterGuard system installed below the cement floors to send the controlled water to the sump pump. All of it was able to be integrated into the existing water system to discharge water out of the home. A cleaner, dryer basement was the final result.

WaterGuard

WaterGuard system was installed below the cement floor and sealed with new cement. The system channels the basement water to the sump pump for discharge from the home.

This window well is now treated and equipped with the correct solution to keep it from being a source of pain and unwanted water in the home.

Super Sump installed

This new SuperSump pump was installed and has multiple pumps in case a backup is needed. We attach service reminders and warranty information to each sump pump we install so that current or future homeowners are aware of the maintenance and upkeep we offer to keep it working for years to come.
