Photo Album: Vienna VA Crawl Space Encapsulation

This Vienna VA crawl space was humid and nasty. The insulation in place was not working the way the homeowner wanted and lead to comfort issues and poor air quality in the rooms and living spaces above. Our Sales Pro Jon went out to visit with the homeowner and performed a full home performance inspection to try and identify a solution. The answer Jon came up with was crawl space encapsulation using SilverGlo wall panels and CleanSpace to cover the corners and floor. Finally, a Sedona dehumidifier was installed to reduce the humidity in the crawl space air. This all helps make the rooms above the crawl space more comfortable and improves the air quality in the home.
