Moisture Containment Covering
This material covers the dirt floors at the bottom of the Clean Space layers. It will allow air to move along the dirt floors but will also keep that moist air from entering into the rest of the air that can move into the home above.
Work In Progress
Terra Block helps to insulate the floors and keep a barrier between the dirt floors and the controlled air in the crawl space.
Clean Space and Spray Foam Insulation
Clean Space now covers the dirt floors and spray foam is used to insulate the stone foundation walls, vents and rim joists.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Clean Space now covers the dirt floors and spray foam is used to insulate the stone foundation walls, vents and rim joists. This Sedona dehumidifier will draw moisture from the air and keep the space as dry as possible.
