Nasty Crawl Space
Old Insulation, dirty floors and musty air filled this crawl space.
Crawl Space Insulation Removal
The old insulation would be removed in order to properly treat the crawl space. Insulating the walls delivers a much better result than insulating the roof of the crawl space.
Crawl Space Air Quality Improvement
Light passing through the open air vents shows the dust and poor air quality in the crawl space. This air, if not controlled, is what can move into the rooms above and become what a homeowner will breath on a day to day basis.
Work In Progress
Our production team member is sealing up the previously open air vents with Silver Glo panel insulation and Zyp Foam, cutting off the access for external air to come in.
Clean Space Wall Covering
Installing Clean Space to the walls helps create a moisture barrier and a nice bright clean look for the crawl space.
Crawl Space Floor Insulation
Once covered by the Clean Space material, this layer will combine to insulate the crawl space from the cold, dirt floors below.
Crawl Space Moisture Barrier
Clean space covering the floors and foundation supports will help keep moisture contained below.
Crawl Space Wall Insulation
Spray Foam wall insulation keeps external temperatures from impacting the crawl space. This is significantly more effective in controlling the condition inside of a crawl space compared to traditional insulation used on the ceiling of the crawl space.
