Our Water Guard basement waterproofing system is installed at the base of a foundation wall and below the cement surface of the basement floor.  It collects water from the walls and foundation, delivering it to the sump pump installed at the lowest point in the floor.  Clean space covers the walls to work as a moisture barrier, keeping the water from escaping into the air of the basement.  This whole system if products and materials will keep this basement dry and will help improve the air quality in the home.
