Photo Album: Window Well Replacement Herndon Virginia

This home in Herndon Virginia had several window wells that were contributing to water issues in the home rather than helping to prevent it. Loose and missing covers were allowing for water to collect in the wells and poor seal connection to the foundation of the home was allowing that water to escape and work towards the foundation of the home and basement walls. The existing metal wells were rusting out as well. Our team dug out and removed the old wells and then installed new Sun House enclosures. These Sun House enclosures will not rust or deteriorate and allow for more light to enter the basement windows they protect all while keeping water away.
