How knowledgeable was the sales representative
Clearly had deep understanding of a myriad of complex possible issues and was able to communicate that complexity in easy to understand terms.
Did the sales representative explain his findings
Great insights on several observations. Did not do the blower-door test that the office/scheduling rep said probably would be done.
