Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Springfield VA Wet Basement Solutions

This basement in Springfield VA was being ruined by external water that was leaking through the foundation walls and collecting on the floors. Our Home Performance Sales Pro Andrew was able to design a project to help control and collect the unwanted water, leading to a drier and healthier basement. Our production crew started by jackhammering the space around the basement walls to lay a Water Guard system which would help collect water and deliver it to the newly installed sump pump. Clean Space was installed on the walls to help create a moisture barrier and keep the water from evaporating into the basement air. The sump pump discharge line was then run over 30 feet away from the house and into the yard so that the was would not return.

Sump Pump Installation
