This project started with removing and properly disposing of all of the old, existing insulation in the crawl space ceiling. Not only was it falling down, making it useless, but our Sales Professional, Jon, also found mold on the insulation during his initial inspection. Next, our production crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This system consists of dimple matting, TerraBlock floor insulation, and CleanSpace securely placed on the crawl space floor. SilverGlo Insulation is secured on the walls and the rim joists are spray foamed. Now, this crawl space is fully encapsulated and greatly contributes to a less humid and more comfortable home, year-round.
