Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The proper ground covering can make all the difference when waterproofing or encapsulating a crawl space.  The first step in most projects we work on is trying to level or even out the ground inside of the crawl space as much as possible and then laying TerraBlock matting with CleanSpace surface covering it.  This controls and moisture or humidity below the material and keeps the surface dry and useable for storage if the homeowner chooses.  

This crawl space in Philomont was damp and had little to no insulation. This was causing floors above it to be abnormally cold and the duct work to freeze. In warm months, the duct work would sweat.
